Comments: Jan 05, 2014 - darrell manleyI have found numerous of my fathers scouting awards including his Silver Beaver, Golden Eagle, Silver Buffalo and Silver Antelope. But there is one I cannot find anything about.
It is the Scout's First Class pin with three horizontal green bars behind the gold first class badge. The two top bars are of equal length. The third lowest bar is shorter in length. The bars are green enamel with gold trim around each bar.
I would like to know what this badge signifies.

Mar 11, 2019 - Daniel TorresWhatever happened to the United States Heritage Award? My son
earned the first medal as a cubscout but it seems the award is no
longer active as i cannot find it anymore. At the time it was
offered you could earn the second medal as a Boy Scout? Is there
any reason it is no longer offered?
Mar 11, 2019 - Scouter Paul@Daniel - The organization that sponsored that old award is
offline, and I assume defunct.
