I use a game just like this in our Troop Leader Training. We play lots of games during the training and early in the day, I remind the boys that not all games foster teamwork and they need to be able to recognize such a game. Sometimes they recognize the pitfalls of this game right away, sometimes they have to play it a couple of times before realizing that this game does not bring the PLC together as a team, but splits them up. It is good to make them think. Then we do a reflection.
