Fulfilling Badge Requirements:

#2:	Activity: Discuss physical health and mental health.
#3:	Activity: With a flipchart or whiteboard, have each scout tell one way to improve physical health and mental health.
#4:	Game: As a group, perform at least 5 minutes of stretching exercises.
#5:	Activity: Perform curl-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, long jump, and quarter-mile run. Track results on an Athlete Tracking Chart. Homework: Practice these exercises at home for a month. Activity: At second den meeting, perform exercises again and record on chart.
#6:	Activity: Perform a vertical jump and record results.
#7:	Activity: Run 50 yards and record results.
#8:	Activity: Ride a bike 1 mile and record results.
#9:	Activity: Swim a quarter-mile and record results.

Read Athlete section in Webelos handbook Practice exercises and stretching with parents.

 
Den Meeting Agenda:

4:30	Gathering: this is a special meeting run as a track meet instead of a normal meeting.

Practice exercises as often as possible for one month.
