This Project is meant for Boy Scouts, Eagle scouts.

Notes:
Contact all local organizations, such as Elks, Lions, Police, Fire, ... that may have US Flags wearing out. Arrange, plan, and publicize a public ceremony to retire all the old flags using an appropriate ceremony script and fire.
