| Required: | broomstick or staff for each team |
| Instructions: | Each team lines up in single file with the first scout holding the staff. On 'GO', the 1st and 2nd scouts hold an end of the staff. Carrying the staff at about knee height, they walk as quickly as they can to the end of the line, having each scout jump over the staff as it passes under their knees. When they reach the end, 1st scout joins the end of the line while 2nd scout returns the staff to the front. There, 2nd and 3rd scouts walk the staff down the line. Repeat this until the team is back in its original order. |
